LAKESHORE:

We have strong demand for bare lots, seasonal dwellings, and year around lake home in all price categories.  In our data base, we currently have 114 lake lot buyers, 207 seasonal cabin buyers and 275 year around home buyers.

ACREAGE:

We are looking for acreages of all types from 1-5 acre building parcels to large tracts of farm land.  In our data base, we currently have 90 rural building lot buyers,  153 bare land buyers, 31 farmland buyers, and 24 hunting land buyers.

COUNTRY HOMES/HOBBY FARMS:

Demand remains strong for all types of country homes.  We have an excellent inventory of prospective buyers.  In our data base, we currently have 201 country home buyers and 51 hobby farm buyers.

HOMES IN TOWN:

Home sales in town remain steady.  We continue to have numerous buyers for this type of property also.  In our current data base, we currently have 155 buyers.
